Creative Benefit Concepts: Case Study

Challenge: Creative Benefit Concepts (CBC) a leading provider in employee benefit programs needed a web-based system to assist them in selling their products and services through a network of independent agents.

Solution: Partnering with a design firm to build the design, Vansam developed and hosts the web site and the web application. The web application is a secure, password protected “Portal” site that enables CBC’s 75 producer agents to generate quotes, produce PDF presentations and download marketing literature.

Client Benefit: Agents can now generate their own presentations and quotations over the web without taking up the time of CBC staff, saving CBC time and money. CBC can track the quotes and progress of each of their agents so that they know how to best support them in their selling efforts, which in turn means increased sales.

Technical Solution: All custom software developed by Vansam with use of pre-existing code. RedHat Linux operating system, MySQL Database, PHP development language.
