Challenge: Lab Recylers, a bio tech equipment supply company located in Gaithersburg, Md needed a web-based software package that would automate the buying and reselling of used bio-tech lab equipment. The tool needed to include Inventory management, a CRM solution, an e-commerce shopping cart, and a trouble ticket system.

Solution: Vansam developed and currently hosts an integrated web based solution that allows Labreclyers to manage their inventory of products from the time that they are purchased until they are sold on their web site. More importantly the system allows Lab Recyclers to provide quality service to their customers throughout the process. The system provides:
